We recognise that different clients are looking for different things from their IT partner. Consequently we offer a wide portfolio of IT services and take a flexible approach to client relationships.

For our customers we provide desktop and server support as well as providing cover for network accessories such as VPN devices and switches. All of our support services are provided on an unlimited basis, meaning that in the event of a major failure there is no increase in expenditure.

We will cover as much or as little of your network as you require – it’s entirely up to you. Our most common support arrangements are:

• Server support only
• Both server and desktop support
• Complete support including broadband, VPN, network printers and remote workers

One of the biggest benefits you will receive as a support service customer is a dedicated account manager – someone who will come to know your network inside out. Whenever you make a support call you can be confident that you won’t have to explain who you are and where you’re from.
